You receive a short, targeted online questionnaire for your team. Based on the results, we identify where the machine needs oiling: cold calling? customer handling? closing techniques? conflict management? The screwdriver comes out right here.
Training – when the task force arrives
No passive “content consumption.” The flipchart will sweat. Interactive, practice-oriented, humorous — but not clownish. The goal: immediately applicable knowledge you’ll use live the very next day.
Feedback – because we’re not infallible (but we learn fast)
At the end of the training, you complete an online feedback form and tell us what hit hard and what didn’t. We use that input seriously for the next mission.
Re-measurement – because numbers don’t lie
One month later, we strike again: we review metrics, sales data, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and more. That’s when we see the real, measurable impact of the training.
